Obituary of Debra Gilfillan-Brinsfield

Roebling: Debra A. Gilfillan-Brinsfield, age 64 of Roebling died Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at home. Deb was born in Trenton and resided there before moving to Roebling. She will be affectionately remembered as a loving grandmother who took care of everyone. Her selfless acts were lessons to all who were blessed to have worked with her and share in her life. In addition to spending time with her grandchildren, some of her most pleasurable times were spent riding her Harley, going to the beach and volunteering for Last Chance Recovery. She was an executive assistant for the State of New Jersey, Department of Health in Trenton with more than 20 years of dedicated service. Predeceased by her husband, Richie Mosier and brother, Mark Gilfillan, she is survived by her husband Brian C. Brinsfield Jr., son, Nathan Mosier, mother, Elizabeth "Betty" Matuzsan Amon, grandchildren, Julien & Gavin, sister, Bernadette Haynes, nieces, Rachel & Stephanie, nephews, Jack & Asher and many cousins. Friends may call Tuesday from 3 to 5 PM at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling, NJ. A memorial service will be conducted during the calling hours with Deacon Ronald Schwoebel officiating. Final disposition will be held privately for the immediate family.
