Obituary of Glen Smith Jr.

Philadelphia, PA & Burlington Township, NJ: Glen A. Smith Jr., age 39 of Philadelphia and Burlington Township died Friday, April 6, 2018. Mr. Smith was born in Willingboro and was a graduate of Florence Township Memorial High School and Burlington County College. Glen grew up and was raised in Roebling. He was thoughtful, caring, warm hearted and treated everyone as though they were someone special. Glen was passionate about helping the homeless. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, James Smith, maternal grandfather, Thomas J. McCue, uncle, James P. McCue and aunt, Sandy Smith. He is survived by his parents, Glen A. & Colleen McCue Smith, sister, Patricia Mancuso paternal grandmother, Mary Smith, maternal grandmother, Marita McCue, niece, Alexi, nephew, James, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his special friend, Jessica. Funeral will be Saturday 8:30 AM at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, St. Paul Church, 223 East Union St., Burlington with Rev. Michael Kennedy officiating. Friends may call Friday from 5:30 PM - 8:00PM at the funeral home. Catholic wake services will be conducted during the calling hours. Interment will be in Holy Assumption Cemetery, Roebling.
