Obituary of Steven Ducsai
Roebling, Steven Ducsai, age 91 of Roebling, died Thursday at Marcella Center, Burlington Twp.
Mr. Ducsai was born in Roebling and was a life long resident.
He was a retired wire mill quality controller, employed by John A. Roebling & Sons C.F. &I. Corp. both at the Roebling and Trenton steel mills with 37 years of service. Steve served in the US Merchant Marines during World War II and was a member of Holy Assumption Catholic Church. He also was an animal lover and enjoyed feeding the birds and cats around his house.
Mr. Ducsai was the son of the late John & Rose Majors Ducsai, husband of the late Julia Hines Ducsai and father of the late Stephen J. Ducsai.
He is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Dianne & Harrison Rockhill, Roebling, daughter & son-in-law, Carol Ann & John F. Repa of Browns Mills and son John D. Ducsai, Roebling. 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 am at Holy Assumption Catholic Church, of Roebling, with Rev. Albert Riciardelli officiating. Friends may call Monday from 9:00 am until church departure at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
