Paul M. Varga

Roebling: Paul M. Varga, age 85 of Roebling died Thursday in Burlington Woods, Burlington Township. Mr. Varga was born in Roebling and was the son of the late Melchior and Mary Kassai Varga. He resided in Roebling lifelong. Paul was a railroad engineer for John A. Roebling (C.F. & I. Corp.) in Roebling, a boiler tender for St. Francis Medical Center and Burlington Township Board of Education. Mr. Varga was very active in his beloved village of Roebling. He was a longtime member of the Roebling Garden Club, Roebling Historical Society, the Roebling Museum and the Florence Township Fire Department. Paul and his wife Loretta would always be seen in the village planting and nurturing seasonal flowers at the Roebling circle and the Florence Township Library. Predeceased by his wife, Loretta Matlack Varga and sons, Gary and Gregory Varga he is survived by his son, Ronald Varga, son & daughter-in-law, David & Beth Varga, granddaughters, Amanda, Lauren, Megan & Amy, great grandson, John and daughter-in-law, Judy Varga.
