Obituary of Lois Grant

Roebling: Lois J. "Aunt Lo" Grant, age 76 of Roebling died Sunday at home. Mrs. Grant was born in Trenton and was the daughter of the late Steve P. and Elizabeth Kostrub Hovart. She resided in Roebling lifelong. Lois was a bookkeeper for J. Chein Metal Toy Company in Burlington with many years of dedicated service and also for Petro Stopping Center in Bordentown before retiring from Smith and Solomon in Bordentown. Lois will be affectionately remembered as a very generous person who enjoyed dining out, playing bingo and attending the Jackson Memorial High School Band events. Most importantly she will be remembered for her love and devotion to her grandson Ronnie by being the most wonderful "Lotus" to him that she could be. She was predeceased by her daughter, Theresa Grant, brother & sister-in-law, Stephen & Clare Hovart and is survived by her grandson, Ronnie Bozarth Jr. (Leslie Davis), Nicole Borota & Ray Schleckser and their children Clarissa, Gavin & Pierce, Tina & Brett Search and their children Bryce, Delainey and Brook and Kelly & Gene Oberfrank and their children Olivia and Caleb. The Borota sisters were like daughters to her. She is also survived by her sister, Pat Hovart, John & Amerigo Paoline and George Agathocleous who were like grandsons to her and many nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:30 PM at Koschek and Porter Funeral Directors, 1115 Hornberger Avenue, Roebling with Deacon Ronald Schwoebel officiating. Friends may call Saturday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at the funeral home. Final disposition will be private.
